Puriscal, on the paved portion of the highway from San Jose to the beach town of
Parrita.
The nearest city is Santiago de Puriscal, located 18 Kms.
north-east, which has all amenities including a new state-of-the-art
hospital.
The development is located within the "Paso de Lapas" (way of
the Macaw) Ecological Corridor and 20 minutes north of the Parque Nacional La
Cangreja This area is abundant with natural wildlife and is carefully
developed not to disturb this natural resource.
Conveniently located 1 hour and 10 minutes from the outskirts of San José, 1 hour and 25 minutes from the international airport and 1 hour and 40 minutes from the beach town of Parrita. Altos de Antigua sits at an altitude of 1,000 meters, giving it mild temperatures between 65 and 80 F degrees and soft, cool breezes year round.
Infrastrucrure
The infrastructure was carefully planned,
paying close attention to quality as well as aesthetic appeal. Entrance to
each phase is through an attractive gate, onto a paved main road with concrete
culverts, to ensure proper drainage. A “Community Association” is in
charge of maintaining and improving common amenities, with the purpose of
increasing property value for all owners.
